- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- Salt to taste

- Rinse jasmine rice until water runs clear.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine rinsed rice, coconut milk,
lemongrass stalk,
kaffir lime leaves,
and salt.
3 .Bring mixture to boil then reduce heat to low.
4 .Cover pan tightly with lid cook until liquid is absorbed about 15 – 20 minutes..
5.Remove from heat let stand covered for additional five minutes before fluffing &
