    3.Stir until well combined then add flour continuing stirring until dough forms.
    4.Knead dough on floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
    5.Place dough back into bowl after coating lightly oil; cover & let rise about an hour till doubled in size.
    6.Divide into equal portions depending upon desired pita size; shape them into balls then flatten slightly using rolling pin.
    7.Heat pan over medium heat; cook pita rounds one at time flipping once bubbles form & brown spots appear(about two minutes per side).
    8.Serve warm alone or paired your favorite dips like hummus!
