Guacamole Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise; remove pits.
    2 .Scoop avocado flesh into mixing bowl; squeeze lime juice over it immediately.
    3 .Mash avocado using fork until desired consistency achieved.
    4 .Add chopped red onion,tomato,diced coriander,Salt & pepper blend all ingredients finely
    5 .Once mixed thoroughly ,cover tightly chill before serving,top off guacamole bowl tortilla chips .
