Kitchen Prep

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic,
    ginger,salt & pepper.
    3.Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined
    with foil.
    5.Brush marinade over salmon generously.
    6.Broil in preheated oven for about
    10 -12 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
    7.Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
