Modern Kitchen

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Sliced scallions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic,
    ginger powder salt & pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken breast in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
    3.Cook marinated chicken breast on medium-high heat until fully cooked.
    4.Slice cooked chicken into strips or cubes.
    5.Serve garnished with sliced scallions.
