  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions:

  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

4.Shape dough into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.

5.Cover with cloth; let rise until doubled (about an hour).

6.Preheat oven at preheat at -350°F (175°C)

7.Brush risen dough with melted butter

8.Bake for about15 minutes or until golden brown.
