d. Allow the filet mignon to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

g. Season the béarnaise sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
h. Serve the filet mignon with the béarnaise sauce on top.

Ingredients:
– 1 filet mignon steak

3. Japanese Cuisine: Sushi and Sashimi
Cooking Instructions:
a. Prepare sushi rice according to the package instructions.
b. Cut the fish and seafood into thin slices.
c. Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat.
d. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
