Frosted Cupcake Recipe:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup whole milk (room temperature)

Baking Instructions:
A. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
B. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder & salt until well combined.
C. In another bowl or mixer cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
D.Add eggs one at time , mixing well after each addition followed by adding vanilla extract
E.Alternate adding dry ingredients mixture & milk into wet mix starting& endingwith dry
F.Divide batter evenly among prepared liners filling them approximately two-thirds full.
G.Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
H.Allow cupcakes cool completely before frosting
I.Decorate topped off cooledcakes using preferred method such piping bag,fondant etc
